As a professional arcade equipment manufacturer, we developed the Super Arcade Family Entertainment Center solution for a 500㎡ indoor shopping mall venue. The project integrates immersive VR attractions, family interactive arcade systems, and prize redemption machines to build a balanced and high-engagement entertainment environment for both children and adults.
The concept was designed not only to supply equipment, but to create a scalable and commercially efficient FEC model that improves customer dwell time, increases repeat visits, and supports stable revenue through diversified entertainment formats.
The venue features a dual-player VR simulator as the central attraction, delivering high immersion, strong interaction feedback, and premium positioning. It acts as the main traffic driver, enhancing both in-store engagement and visual appeal for mall visitors.
At the same time, the project focuses on family-oriented interactive gameplay, using multiplayer touchscreen arcade systems to encourage group participation between parents and children. This approach increases dwell time, strengthens social interaction, and expands the target audience across different age groups.
To ensure operational stability, the venue combines multiple revenue categories, including VR simulators, basketball arcade machines, redemption ticket games, multiplayer interactive systems, and a prize redemption zone. This diversified structure improves cross-play behavior and reduces reliance on a single attraction type.
Despite the compact 500㎡ layout, efficient zoning and visitor flow planning ensure smooth circulation. High-impact attractions are placed in central positions for maximum visibility, while redemption areas are located along key pathways to encourage longer stays and additional spending.
Overall, the Super Arcade project demonstrates how immersive technology, family interaction, and redemption gameplay can be integrated into a scalable and commercially sustainable FEC model, making it suitable for shopping malls, entertainment centers, and modern indoor leisure venues.
